小潘教练 — 用户服务协议

一、协议的接受

本协议是您（用户）与北京小巢科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）之间关于使用 “小潘教练”App（以下简称“本服务”）的法律协议。当您点击“同意”“注册”或实际使用本App，即视为已阅读并接受本协议。

二、用户资格与账号

您声明已年满18周岁或具有完全民事行为能力；
请确保注册信息真实、准确、完整；
您须妥善保管账号信息，所有账号操作均视为本人行为；
我们有权对违规账号采取限制、冻结或注销措施。

三、服务内容

本App为业余游泳爱好者提供：

游泳水平与体能评估；
AI个性化训练规划；
每日训练课表与打卡记录；
游泳知识与社区交流（如有）。

四、用户行为规范

您承诺不得从事以下行为：

发布违法违规、低俗、侵权内容；
破解、反编译、攻击本App或服务器；
使用脚本、爬虫等自动化工具滥用服务；
将AI训练计划用于商业再分发。

五、知识产权

本App所有代码、设计、算法、商标归我们所有；
您保留自己生成内容的知识产权，并授权我们在提供服务范围内合理使用。

六、AI服务特别说明

AI训练建议基于通用模型自动生成，仅供参考；
不构成医疗诊断或专业竞技教练资质建议；
如有心脏病、旧伤等，请先咨询医生；
因个人身体原因导致的运动损伤，我们不承担责任。

七、付费服务

部分高级功能可能采用会员订阅或单次购买模式，价格以页面公示为准。订阅可在应用商店中取消自动续费。

八、协议变更与终止

我们可修改本协议，继续使用视为接受；
您可随时卸载App并申请注销账号；
因不可抗力导致服务中断，双方互不承担责任。

九、法律适用与争议解决

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。如发生争议，双方应协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向北京市人民法院提起诉讼。

CoachPan — User Service Agreement

Acceptance of Agreement

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (the "User") and Beijing Xiaochao Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we") regarding the use of the "CoachPan" App (hereinafter the "Service"). By clicking "Agree", "Register", or actually using the App, you are deemed to have read and accepted this Agreement.

User Eligibility and Account

You declare that you are at least 18 years old or have full capacity for civil conduct;
You must ensure that your registration information is true, accurate, and complete;
You must safeguard your account credentials; all account activities are deemed to be your own actions;
We reserve the right to restrict, freeze, or delete accounts that violate this Agreement.

Service Content

The App provides the following for amateur swimming enthusiasts:

Swimming skill and fitness assessment;
AI-personalized training planning;
Daily training schedules and check-in records;
Swimming knowledge and community interaction (if available).

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following:

Post unlawful, vulgar, or infringing content;
Crack, decompile, or attack the App or its servers;
Abuse the service with scripts, crawlers, or other automated tools;
Redistribute AI training plans for commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

All code, design, algorithms, and trademarks of the App are owned by us;
You retain the intellectual property rights to content you generate, and grant us a reasonable license to use it within the scope of providing the Service.

Special Notice on AI Services

AI training suggestions are auto-generated by general models and are for reference only;
They do not constitute medical diagnosis or professional coaching advice;
If you have heart conditions, old injuries, etc., consult a doctor first;
We are not liable for sports injuries caused by personal physical conditions.

Paid Services

Some advanced features may use a membership subscription or one-time purchase model, with prices as shown on the page. Subscriptions can be cancelled for auto-renewal in the app store.

Changes and Termination

We may modify this Agreement; continued use constitutes acceptance;
You may uninstall the App and request account deletion at any time;
Neither party is liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, both parties should resolve it through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court in Beijing.
